For each season of the year I offer a blend of workshops and coaching circles for women. My approach includes creative exercises, play spaces, discussions and challenges, and are all wrapped up in a safe space of a circle, offering fun, friendship and accountability. I also offer one to one for those who want to dive deeper. Every women deserves her own space to reflect and community to explore what's important for her path, and then to support her in getting it in motion!

I'm Annabel, the creatrix and she-wolf behind Sparkle and Howl. Part time mermaid, hula hooper, community builder and full time fearless leader, I've been creating girl gangs since I was 7 years old (Fraggle Rock club). I've been running women's circles since 2013, and building communities and leading and coaching teams for over 15 years. My core values are fun & play, curiosity & learning, and freedom & deep commitment. I'm an illuminator, energiser and connector.
